how to tether blackberry phone to android tablet?

is it possible to tether or connect a blackberry smartphone to an android tablet via Bluetooth or WiFi so that the tablet can use the smartphone's internet?

Most of the time it's over bluetooth. But.

But the setup is not generic enough to provide step by steps. I see guides on this but sometimes one site's instructions fail, the other works and then we have how many blackberrys?

It won't work directly. The 2 best future options are to wait for Blackberry's new OS (7.x) or to wait for a new update from they keep saying they're working on it but won't suggest a release date.

If you're really desperate, you can tether to a laptop and then use a program like Connectix that will then set tthis up as a wifi hotspot that your tablet can connect to...I know...but it does work - I tried it.
