From OE and Outlook (and Thunderbird and what other email programs you need to support) export the mails to invidual .eml files (or - directly or indirectly - to a database). Then you only need 1 tool to search and analyse all those individual mails (or the database).

Hi kees,
But for converting Outlook to EML & Exchange to EML also require minimum two tools and for search I need another search tool which seems complicated. During the arise of this question I posted the query in different forums. From one of the forum I got the satisfactory solution with MailXaminer forensic search toolkit. It really helps me to achieve the best solution.
