how to remove tiles & create classic desktop -No registry ?

how do you remove the tiles & create classic desktop (with a start function at bottom Left corner)without touching the registry ???

Several options exist

There are several third party add-ons that will give you back your classic start button, I personally like Cllassic Shell , but there are several others . Most but not all are free. Search downloads. com for classic start menu add-ons. Another option is Windows Store, there are at least 2 apps available for download that work quite well. Enjoy.

Removing Tiles That Are Always On My Desktop

I don't mind the tiles at the start up screen but as of recently the tiles are always on my desktop. I must have changed a setting by accident but for the life of me I can't find how to change it back to the original setting.
