Question

How to recover deleted pictures from a Blackberry phone?

by Blan000ch / July 31, 2013 4:12 PM PDT

My mum said she had accidentally deleted some precious pictures off from her blackberry phone while she was re-setting it. She's really sure she had saved all these pictures on the inner memory card. Can anyone help her to restore these pictures back?
Many thanks!

What's the "internal memory card"? If it's an SD-card you can take it out and try any free or paid recovery program for SD-cards on your PC. If it's RAM it's more difficult.

But why should anybody use the built-in RAM for photo-storage?

Recover them back.

Well! This problem is not a big deal!

Tell you mum to plunge his Blackberry phone to a computer and then download a data recovery program to take chances.

The deleted files are not actually erased immediately from the inner memory card. They are still there as long as they are not overwritten by anything new.

As with the data recovery software, you could try to apply some card data recovery freeware over the internet, such as Recuva, Power Data Recovery and iCare Data recovery Free, etc.

You should remind your mum to back up everything important on different card or drive in case of similar problems.

In reply to: Recover them back.

Thank you for your prompt answer. I am sorry for forgetting to inform you the result.
Before reading your answer, I have read some related articles and threads of data recovery stuff and know that a data recovery program could be a chance for me. So, after reading your answer, I directly tried your mentioned data recovery freeware and finally retrieved all the wanted pictures back from this phone.
They are awesome, especially the third one.
Thanks very much!!!
