Question

how to open /download email message from cnet?

receive email, open and can't get rest of message open after clicking download on iphones and ipads

Seems it's mostly web page messages that are sent and they limit the info. Cnet messages are the main culpret, thank. While your here do you know anyway to stop directions from defautling to imaps so I can use google maps more easily?

Thanks for bringing this to our attention.

I assume this a CNET newsletter? If it is, can you tell me which specific CNET newsletter it is or is it for all of them?

Also what email client are you using on your iPhone/iPad?

I'm personally using Yahoo and Gmail on my iPhone and iPad, and once I click download to view the rest of the CNET newsletters, the content loads successfully for me. The only time I run into problems where it doesn't download the rest of the newsletter is when I have a poor signal. Once I get a better signal strength, there usually are no issues.

Thanks in advance for any details you can provide.
