How to make USB xp bootable

Dear all
I want to make my 4GB USB xp bootable and want to install XP windows from my usb. please help me someone...

Two ideas.

1. We know that Microsoft doesn't have a stock version of XP that does that.
2. There are articles about that on google.com

make all the other disk slave, May be that will help you
