How to connect home ent to a hdtv 40" 5000 series samsung

The maunal doesnt show clearly show to connect home a theater system to a samsung UN40EH5000FXZA.. The jacks on the back are very few hardly anything to hook up to

Older HT (home theater) systems are sometimes painful to hook up or you discover there is no optical connection or you get stereo only. Since the HT model is unknown, help the forum help you with a little more information.

Happy to try to help, but I'd like to know what you're lacking. I see you have 2 HDMI , 1 component, and 1 RCA ports on the TV. What do you need?
