How to clear HDR data on XR550 Camcorder

by UnknownMonk / May 15, 2013 3:32 PM PDT

I bought a new Sony HDR XR 550 recently. It is now giving a message "Cannot record image as Disk is full".Despite downloading all video and photos from the camcorder and even deleting everything, it still gives this message. How do I clear out the stored images fully each time and keep the HDR free for fresh recording? Please also share good housekeeping tips. Thanks
