How to Change Language in Sony T9 (bought in Japan)

by Ritualdance / January 24, 2006 1:46 PM PST

I got the Sony Cybershot T9 from japan and the language in camera, also the Manual is all Japanese.

I try to change the language in camera to English. I find the English manual from internet, saw that the changing can be done by select Menu then select 'Setup1', then select 'A'.

Unfortunately, i compare with my camera and it has no function 'A' in 'Setup1'. Is the T9 selling in Japan has only Japanese Language in camera? Or can i change it by the other way?

Thank you,

Try...

Do you have a Japanese restaurant in your area ? Go and have a meal, get help from the workers or management. Bring the Japanese manual with you. Other wise, you may be able to find a Japanese shop assistant, or a friendly Japanese tourist...student at a University or Colleage...or perhaps the SONY agent...or anyone who can read Japanese.
