how to avoid hacking ??

hi my yahoo & gmail account along with facebook gets hack often no matter how difficult password i set or how tight i set the security...there is 1 IT technician who i know who hacks my profile... he warns me n hacks my account...need help asap !!

And they were using the company laptop for their personal stuff. In that case it was all too easy to gain access to what you noted.

There's a lesson here.

hello,recently i am facing similar type of situation but one of my friend who is professionally a hacker solved it.I don't know about how they recover my account but he solved it very quickly.So contact any professional who help you out.
