how do you find out if you have 64 bit?

I have a "H/P Pavilion a6230n PC"
AMD Athlon 64x2
Dual Core Processor
5600+
3072MB
400 GB HARD DRIVE
I want to install " ADOBE PHOTOSHOP CS4 64BIT. "

If you're running with Vista; here's where to find out what system you're running with:
Start-Control Panel-System and Maintenance-System.

It will give you the basic information about your computer including CPU, amount of RAM,Operating System (32 or 64 bit), Windows Experience Score
