This is a bad idea. Manually editing the boot.ini file should be an absolute last resort option. Look around, and you should be able to find a couple of free programs to do it for you. That way you save having a minor typo make your entire computer not boot.
I want to manually edit the boot.ini file to incorporate an XP installation on a secondary drive, however I can't find anywhere that shows the drive volume path (multi(?)disk(?)rdisk(?)partition(?) UNC?). Anybodu know how you can get the path for a partcular volume?
