You've told us nothing about your computer... Make and model? Operating system installed? What you've already tried to fix the problem? The more information you give us, the better informed our answer will be.
In the meantime, to uninstall VAF Player, first try opening the Control Panel-Add/Remove Programs (Programs and Features in Win7), and uninstall if from there.. If there is no listing there, try clicking on Start-All Programs-VAF Player, then see if there is an "Uninstall" link there.. If not, then try using the freeware version of Revo Uninstaller at the link below:
And since many consider the VAF Player malware, and because you may also have other spyware or adware on the machine, please follow the instructions in the link below to scan for bad things on your computer.. It may take a while to get the scans done, but it should help:

I'm not really sure how to and im certain its not helping my system. i already need plenty help with protecting it there is something wrong with certain things, I can not make new folders in documents, pictures, etc. Certain videos online are playing audio but are not showing, some websites i can not long into my accounts, and my google chrome new tab page wont load. I'm having tons of issues and i would love to hear some one's opinion. Please
