Can't download ASWCLEAR.EXE from safe mode or regular mode.
Here's error message: The AVAST! self protection enabled. For this reason, the operation cannot be completed.
To complete the operation, either run this program from Windows Safe Mode, or disable the AVAST! self protection (via Settings - > Troubleshooting page).

Can't access any AVAST program from any mode.

You can't 'download' or you can download but can't install? Which is it?

What are your download settings? If they are "Download and Run", change that to "Download and save" the file. Then when the file is fully downloaded find it and run it either in full mode or Safe Mode.

Do you have another computer you can use, relatives or friends?

If so, download that file onto their computer. Copy it to some CD or better still some memory stick, then use that to transfer the file to the Desktop of your own computer, and run it from there.
