how do i change user name

I had geek tech take control of desktop to fix problem and now my user i.d. is not me. how do I change back to my user name on desktop?

You ask that geek what he did and why he did it and to give you back your own username if possible.
We don't know what he did, so we can't tell you how to undo it either.

1. I deleted you second post. Posting things twice doesn't help.
2. You question isn't HP specific. So better repost in the appropriate Windows forum (they range from Windows 95 to Windows 8, you didn't tell which version you have) or in a general forum like Computer Help. Choose what you like from http://forums.cnet.com
