How can I retrieve internal memory from my Samsung mobile?

by callmeaaron / February 5, 2013 7:48 PM PST

I accidently left my Samsung Galaxy Ace mobile on the roof of my car & it fell off onto the road while driving. I managed to find it and I need to retrieve some video clips & photos from the internal memory however my phone wont switch on at all. The front screen is shattered but the back of the phone is still in good condition. Thnx.

Use the USB port

See if the Samsung PC Studio (etc.) software can retrieve what's still intact from the internal memory.

Otherwise, you can see if there any more recent alternatives (perhaps third party) provided @ Look in the Samsung sub-forum there.

Ok thnx but will I be able to still retrieve it if my mobile wont switch on at all? It's been damaged from the impact. The phones intact , front looks terrible but the back of the phone is ok. I tried plugging the usb in the phone to my pc but it did nothing.
