hosting at domain1&1

I want to buy a business package at 1and1.com what they call -1&1 Business.
I want to ask all if anybody has experience of hosting with them. Are the service reliable. What about support. Please answer fast .

I would not recommend as the customer service is crappy, they do a bait and switch and do not really explain the entire process like all the cost they expect you to read a contract they change and do not actually send to you and they will take money automatically from and act you give them without notifying you! I am being sued after your trial period they lock you into a year contract!
