Horrible customer service

I bought a two year contract but my computer crashed and I had to buy a new one. I contacted AVG tech support to install my paid for service on my new machine and after several tries I still have no AVG, but they still have my money. Had I checked the Better Business Bureau first, I would not have gone with them in the first place because they had an "F" rating and a plethora of similar complaints. Bad, bad experience.

I'm just another unhappy customer who is not getting service from you, I would guess you can access my email through this forum? I don't recall ever having a support ticket. Maybe it's 6342770. I've been going around with you 3 months and I have a lot of numbers. How about you email me a link and my customer number via e-mail and you allow me to down load my paid for service onto my computer. Thank you.

I'm sorry but I have no access to your e-mail address. AVG Technologies does not own this forum.
However, I was able to track your AVG#0006342770 support ticket. I see that your refund request has been denied as it was not issued within 30 days since purchasing the product. I see from our records that our support technician offered you installation assistance, as you've reported trouble installing AVG on your new system. This offer was per the record refused by you as you are using Norton software already. Unfortunately, I can't do more. We are not able to refund the product as the 30 days limit is over. We can still provide assistance installing AVG, if you'd like to.
