Hook up bluetooth wireless headphones to TV

by lstarner / May 2, 2013 2:58 AM PDT

Hi - I recently purchased headphones and I'm trying to hook them up to my Samsung TV but they don't seem to be connecting:

1. Headphones: LG Tone Wireless Bluetooth Stereo Headset - Retail Packaging - Black/Orange
2. Adapter: CLEAR SOUNDS CS-QLINK Stereo TV Transmitter/Bluetooth Dongle
3. Samsung TV: Model: UN22F5000AFXZA; SKU: 7979341

Do you know whether these can possibly work together and/or how to connect them?

I have been using an RCA audio output cable

But honestly, I'm not sure if that's an answer to your question?

And once it's hooked up?
by lstarner / May 3, 2013 3:59 AM PDT

Thank you for your help! Just curious if you know what to do when I get the converter? With my phone, there's the bluetooth settings where I choose what device to connect to but I won't have that with my tv. Would it just automatically stream?

I think this is too fiddly for you. If you bought all this and the instructions are this poorly done, either have it done with some audio service person, try Radio Shack counter or such.

All I offer is to discuss why it didn't work but can't possibly duplicate manuals for products I don't have.

I hope you see why it didn't work now.

Light bulbs you shouldn't buy

There are plenty of dimmable LED light bulbs, but make sure you don't buy the ones that flicker when you dial them down.
