Question

Home Theatre Problems

by ronaldinosa / March 4, 2012 5:58 AM PST

Hi , i have a Panasonic Neo Pdp 42" Plasma Tv and recently purchased a Panasonic SC-BTT270 Home Theatre . Ive set it all up and tested the speakers which are all working fine and i'm generally very happy with my choice , Blu rays sound and look absolutely superb .
I also have Sky HD hooked up , Hdmi straight to the Tv with Optical cable to Theatre kit .
My problem seems to be somewhere in the set up . If i use the Theatre remote it changes volume on the Theatre box , If however i use the Sky remote or Tv remote the Volume changes BUT 'Home Cinema Volume' comes up on the screen , the screen goes black for a few seconds and if i press for too long i lose picture and have to go through the AV's to recover . I'm guessing this is something simple ive overlooked , but i cant see the wood for the trees , Any help would be appreciated
