For the second time in the last week, my email address has been hijacked, and spam has been sent out to everyone on my contact list. I don't have my email address visible on any webpages and I'm generally very careful about signing up for anything that requires it. I checked with Spybot and AVG and both show no signs of bots of viruses on my machine. AVG's auto-update expired 2 days ago, so I'm thinking maybe something is exploiting that.
