some more gun stories

ALL gun stories don't have "good guy with a gun wins" endings

Wilmington police arrived to the home of brothers Ali and Vahid Dastmalchi last Friday. Ali, 65, said he mistook Vahid, 63, as a burglar after he lunged at him at the front door in the dark. He fired a handgun at Vahid, fatally wounding him in the chest, police said. No charges were filed Friday.

A North Carolina man fatally shot his brother after authorities say he mistook him for an intruder — just hours after cops responded to the home for a domestic disturbance, according to reports.

Wilmington police say Ali (Al) Dastmalchi, 65, fired a handgun into the chest of his younger brother, Vahid Dastmalchi, believing he was someone else trying to break into their house last Friday.

I wonder who was involved in the domestic disturbance.....The shooter and the person that got shot?
