Question

help with using my 32" samsung 3d led EH6030 as pc monitor

hi there i just got my 32" samsung 3d led EH6030 and i want to use it as a gaming pc monitor i have read in the manual about something called still image warning and imagburn is there any danger on the tv using it as monitor i use multi desktop wallpapers they ceep chaning in evrey minute also i use my ps3 with it .

LCD? They must warn even though, hard to burn in an image.

It's hard to burn in an image on LCD. You can see such in Airports and such so the warning must be there as if they didn't folk may litigate.

Plasma displays are a bad idea but you don't have that.

Hi bmx400,

This should be fine. The main thing is that you don't want it to stay on the same image for over two hours on a regular basis. So for instance, the HUD or interface inside of a game would cause problems, but I imagine that you'll take a break from the game about every hour or so, right? So as long as you have a different image on the screen during that time, even for a few second, it prevents image retention.
