This site should give you a sense (four different configurations) of what it takes to give you a decent gaming PC....the basics are GPU and PSU with enough CPU and RAM to fill in the system. The main reason for a more robust PSU is to support the power requirement of your GPU.
Hi everybody. I currently have an Asus laptop and I was fine with it, but now I bought Rocksmith. My laptop is just not fast enough to run the game without LAG (audio delay);
The no lag thing is crucial for me 'cause rocksmith is a game where you play guitar, which means timing is everything. If you pluck the string and the sound comes though the pc half a second later it's just impossible to play.
I heard that desktops were better than laptops for gaming so now I'm searching for a new one.
Needed your help to point me on the best desktops for what i need in my price range: no more than 700$
*Need really good audio
*Image quality not THAT important (not as much as audio quality)
*Can't have ANY lag(audio delay). Don't know what a pc has to have so that it doesn't have lag, but i'm guessing that it has something to do with the processor and the pc's ability to run fast.
