all is connected. the only problem I run into is when I connect to Netflix, the sound does not come thru my denon receiver. I've heard about switching from cab/sat to tv on the receiver, but nothing. the only way I get sound, is to go back to the tv and edit sounds, and uncheck external speakers and just listen through the speakers from the tv.
