1.) Click the "Help Center" link located at the bottom of every page and choose the 'email' tab to email CNET customer support. This is the preferred method for site-related issues.
2.) Post here in the forums. CNET employees do not actively monitor them for issues, but volunteer moderators will alert them of any issues that arise or are reported here.
As to your previous post, your thread subject triggered a known bug in the forums. I've fixed that, and we can address your "missing plugin" issue there.
