HD tech help have ticket #

by ewf316 / November 11, 2012 10:41 PM PST

Over the last few days i've been in contact with samsung the 800# and ECR. They have told me they can't do anything as corporate has said that this is normal wear and tear. Which everyone knows is not true. This is very frustrating spending the last few days listening to this. I have a ticket #4116843474. I'm well over 500 black dots on my screen. If anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated.

Thx for your response. Why is it that samsung fixes some of the non recalled models and not others.
