Getting knocked offline....

by RavenBleeds / September 9, 2009 8:12 AM PDT

Ok I am posting this for my daughter as she keeps getting knocked offline.

She has had her internet service with Comcast and has no issues.

Last week she changed her service to wireless as she moved her computer to another room.

She still is using Comcast but it now wireless...but she can't not stay online. She is constantly getting kicked off and then has too log back online.

Is there something that might be wrong with her settings that could easily be fixed or does she need to contact Comcast?

She is running Windows Vista.

Not sure what other information you might need from her.

Any help is as always appreciated.
