Question

Gateway Recovery management glitch

by celticscorpio / May 16, 2011 3:38 AM PDT

Hello, Ive posted on this issue before, and was advised to disable Norton firewall and antivirus, which I did. First, the Windows Installer had to repair Gateway management program for some reason, then, when I started to make backup disk, the following dialogue box came up :

Microsoft NET Framework

Unhandled exception has occurred in your application. If you click continue, the application will ignore this error, and attempt to continue. If you click Quit, the application will close immediately.
Length cannot be less than zero.
Parameter name: length

When I attempted to quit application, and post here, the dialogue box wouldnt close, I had to restart pc to exit program
Calling again on techs here for advice. Should I uninstall and reinstall Gateway recovery Management, and if so, do you have a valid link I could download through. Or is it another issue. Thanks for your feedback
