Galaxy Note N7000 Factory Reset

Hi

Really need help! Im unable to see my screen the lights are on it makes sounds but cannot see the screen, is there anyway possible to return to factory settings via a laptop or something?

Any help would be very much appreciated

Why do you think a factory reset would repair broken hardware? It might be better to have it repaired. Do you still have warranty?

Just i want to erase everything before i send it for repair thats all

This is one of the troubles with phones and tablets. No clear way to erase content prior to sending in if the device is dead. I understand this issue and hope many will read this before it happens to them.
