Why not try them? I find that to each their own and not one time has anyone chose because of what others said.

Here's the real story -> http://www.codinghorror.com/blog/2008/08/quantity-always-trumps-quality.html

If you don't get in there and start doing this, you won't get any better. You also can see what happened to those that studied versus those that dove in to began production.

Hey jim767!

There are many website development tools you can use to build a site. Check out the following.

Desktop WYSIWYG editors
1. CoffeeCup
2. Page Breeze
3. Kompozer

Software you can install
1. Concrete5
2. WordPress

These are set up so you do not have to have any coding experience and there are tons of tutorials on how to use them as well.

Best Regards,
James R

one of my friends, who has some experience in building websites, recommended me about imcreator.
i tried it for the last few days and it seems quite good. as a begginer, so far it was very easy to create and design.
there are a lot of templates to start from and it looks great.
i just hope the result would be satisfying. thanks a lot for the help!

Why dont you use wordpress?

If you are just beginning I believe that WP is simply the best option.

Loads of tutorials like this http://www.wpbeginner.com/category/wp-tutorials/
Bunch of free themes.
Plugins for everything.
Loads of users on forum who can help you.
Easy to use and understand.
Good for SEO.

Sure you can probably build nicer site with Joomla but if you dont know anything I thing it will be very difficult.

Don't let your lack of programming knowledge scare you. WordPress is one of the best programs out there to use. I suggest paying to have it hosted so that you can have more flexibility with your site. Most companies will host for less than 10 bucks a month. Which is well worth it!

I can recommend Artisteer - especially for people who want to create WordPress, Joomla, Blogger, Drupal or other CMS templates. Tool you can download and testing from bktemplates.com.
