Free TechTracker Plus

I signed up for Netflix yesterday to receive the Free TechTracker plus but have not received or heard anything about it. Could I be doing something wrong?

When I did not get an answer here, I looked for other ways and was able to locate cnet.custhelp. I did not want anyone to say that I was to late for the free offer. The problem now is I did received the e-mail but it is talking about purchasing the software.
