if you told in what country you need those. Say, you live in New Zealand. Then probably a Canadian site wouldn't be useful for you.

And why do they have to be free? Doesn't your small business have a marketing budget?

at present time, i only use prlog and free press release to submit my
news. they are high pr instant approved sites which could bring me huge
traffic.
