Let's say cell B5 will be your totals
then put this in b5
Then using the numbers inspector to create a pop-up menu in cell C5, which contains two items. A blank item and your specific Word. Or make your specific word cell to populate however you want. B5 will add value once C5 is equal to your specific word.
I am trying to create a formula where it adds numbers up in a column only when the cell next to the cell containing the number has a pacific word in it.
Is there any way of doing this in iwork?
