Judy, I have talked with Samsung Service regarding "Forced Slog Dump~" error too.(Yeah, it wasn't easy to talk with right person though) They told me that they have prepared the patch with Qualcomm.(The error is caused by modem(?)) Anyway, I was informed they have been testing it where the problem happens to make it sure.
I hope it would be released soon.
First and foremost, I need my Samsung Epix sghi907 to work correctly. I continue to get a forced SLOG DUMP message. I am unable to send text messages or receive my company e-mail. Yes, I have previously been able to perform both of those action. I have called technical support multiple times and have had no success as no one seems to be able to fix the problem. In addition to the inadequately trained support, the customer service is horrible. I've called two days in row, have been transered to a level 1, a level 2, and a level 3. I have also been "disconnected twice" and subsequently on hold for over 30 minutes and I still have no resolution.
