You can start over the setup. Just reset Smart Hub. And if that doesn't fix it, then you may need to contact your country's support, since I support US customers. Hi. I have a Samsung ES700 and am a very new user. When I enter "Family Story" and try to watch the tutorial video, I get a message saying that "the language you're set to is not supported.. and do I want to watch with subtitles"
As far as I know, when I set up the TV I chose English, my language.
So why am I receiving the message.
I'm not too concerned that the language is wrong in this instance but I want to be sure that I have set up thee TV correctly.
