External hard disk problem

Hello, i have an external hard disk that is not recognizable on my computer... well i tried it but unfortunately i can't find it on disk management.... actually i got a Transcend Storejet 1 TB externAL HARD DISK.... i was using it for some moments but when i removed it and back into plug in...surprise nothing appears on my computer but in fact it can be remove safely but doesn't appear on my computer.. i tried to update, install and uninstall the driver in the device manager but nofing. can uhelp me plz....
