Event Logs errors in File History Backup

by amaxw01 / February 10, 2013 2:31 PM PST

I have windows 8 on an HP, whatever the newest one is. It was a gift and WS 8 came pre-loaded and they refuse to let you out of it. Anyway, I was trying to save all my files to my external hd and File History backup says its backing up but the dates on the files don't change and when I open auto-play there's a bunch of stuff have nothing to do with save.?
