Es7000 and dual view with iPhone/ipad

Hi how can I get this working?
I updated my tv today to latest firmware today and I also have the samsung smart view app on both iPhone and ipad but I don't get the option for dual view??
Any ideas?

I know that the US app has been pulled from the store, so which country are you from? And what's your device's complete model code?

Same question here, using UA46ES7500RXZN and the Smart View app on iPad with iOS 6. My model region is Middle East.
