by adrys777 / February 6, 2005 5:11 AM PST

win xp zone alarm pro reciently I changed the program control settings to default on all the programs. now most of my desk top icons come up with the same error message 0x c0000142 also the only way that I can get int/explorer to go on line is by dropping the program control to med.
How can I restor things as they were? when I try system restor the same message comes up and it wont let me restor it.
