I have purchased the program in 2002
since then luxottica has sold ezframe to first insight
to access support they want $800.00 for my first question
I never used support when luzottica owned the program and I am not going to pay $800 for a question
please advise
I really would appreciate it

So it's not worth that much.

Given you got over a decade of use it appears that the answer is to go back to what worked or replace the system.

The links I found on this look to be pretty intricate and beyond what I'll repeat here. That is, discussion of MSSQLServer usually results in folk going "what is MSSQLServer?" which means they need on site support.

The second link did list a lot of the common causes so my advice is to use those.
