We've yet to see any Pana reps here. Your best bets are to call the support numbers in the manual, ask the supplier for help or if those fail, return the product as unsuitable for your needs.
In one company I've tried helping there is a Panasonic kx-t616 Easa-Phone installed and around 15 phones connected to it. It's all working properly and everything, but they decided to disable outward calls (by these I mean: pressing 9 and dialing a number out of the local system) on a few phones (around 6). The director of the company called a guy and he came and disabled those phones that needed disabling. Now, they want to enable only one phone and make it able to do outwards calls. In this case, they called me to help them. I've googled a lot and I haven't found help.
The "central" phone is Panasonic kx-t7030x (if that's any help). I've tried programming it as they said in the manual, but nothing seems to work.
To sum it all up, I want to enable one phone to be able to make outward calls.
Can anyone assist me in the problem?
