Electric dryer question?

Can I use a 26 amp dryer,a 30 amp cord, and a 20 amp circuit breaker together?

However if you had a 30 Amp circuit then it's all good.

You could, but the result would likely be that you end up burning your house down. The dryer sets the minimum requirements, so if any part doesn't meet those minimum requirements, you're asking for trouble along the lines of a nasty electrical fire.

Also, what does any of this have to do with Windows Vista?
