Download never starts - need help!

by itpurchasing / December 14, 2011 3:27 AM PST

here is the page:;rcol
I hit the green download now button, next screen comes up and says "Your download will begin in a moment..." and after five minutes it turns into a page asking me to download TechTracker and other downloads I may be interested in, etc.
Can someone explain what is happening here - I need Visual C++ 6.0!
