On their site driversupport.com I can't read anything about downloading their software. I even wonder if they have. What did you purchase exactly (link please from the site you read and that made you buy it).

From what I read my guess is you bought support, not software. Since that "support is provided via email, chat, phone, and remote screen sharing" I think it's best to mail or call them or find out how to chat with them.
Then they can answer your questions about what they do and how to use that.

Can you tell us what you found out?

http:/norton.com/nortonlive/free-pc-checkup.jcp however i got it by googeling norton pc checkup. after you run the free scan and it tells you of any problems if you have driver problems and hit fix you will end up on driver support's site.

That link gives a page not found error if I copy it to the address bar of my browser. Does it work with you?

Answer
"Driver Support" is basically malware
by AFFINITY66 / December 10, 2013 11:59 AM PST

In my experience Driver Support identifies the drivers you need updated, UNINSTALLS THEM, and then asks for $29.98 to install the new drivers.

It was really frustrating when my mouse and keyboard drivers where uninstalled. Thankfully my neighbor had a corded mouse.

I uninstalled this software as soon as possible.

I can only hope that no decent person anywhere is on an organ donation waiting list while anyone from this company still draws breath.
