disk management won't allow me to extend empty 46GB volume

by auto78900 / January 17, 2013 7:05 AM PST

disk management won't allow me to extend empty 46GB volume.
the windows disk management will not allow me to delete any partitions. Do I need to do an Fdisk ? or use a third party program to do this ?

Before I do this I must create a windows setup disk because I do not have one at the moment , all I have is a Dell usb Restore.

would be good if there was a video clip of how to delete the partition.
here is the screen shot

But I can guess that folk that are new to this don't understand the rules.

This is why Partition Magic was loved in its heyday. It just did it.
