There is a disclaimer in those service promises about part availability. Your post seems to dismiss the disclaimer.
And here's the kicker. No company could fix the thing in 2-3 days if the parts are not available.
I was promised service within 2-3 bus days its already 9 days and no service is yet provided. They seem to say that the parts are not available, but then again even after 9 days they have no clue when would they get the parts and provide a service to me.
A really reallly pathetic service from dell. How can someone after 9 days still say that they have no clue and are not yet ready to give a commitment.
Due to their promise i had planned my meet relying on the dell service and had struggled big time.
I used to advice people to go for dell, i now would recommend otherwise.
