You've selected less than the entry level laptops. As to support, I've never had bad hardware support but when it comes to issues with Windows the support seems to end there. You must be ready to reload the OS on almost any laptop versus fixing a Windows issue.
I have been shopping around for a workstation laptop. The specs are similar on these two, but the lenovo is about 150 dollars less expensive. Does anyone have any experience using either of these brands? For me it comes down to product reliability and technical support service should any piece of hardware fail.
