by Longfoot4u / March 22, 2013 7:25 AM PDT

I partitioned my hard drive. Then Windows XP crashed. Now when I try to reinstall Windows my Dell Mini 9 says there is not enough room on the hard drive. What can I do to get around this? Thank You

What partitions do you know have on the hard drive, and how big are they?
Why did you partition, what was the situation before you partitioned it and what tool did you use?
From what source do you reinstall Windows XP?
What is the exact message and what program gives it?

Why did you partition it?

I find folk diving in to partition to make room for say Ubuntu but no where in the install instructions is that a step. Tell more. I'm sure we can reinstall but let's try to figure out why you blew up the installed OS too.
