A lot of folk in a quest to clean up a PC inadvertently delete the Dell QuickSet app. Besides the driver you want to head to Dell and put in your service tag and get the driver for your WiFi as well as Dell QuickSet.

Do you remember what this app does?

Try another card. I find such to fail a lot and we carry USB WiFi sticks in all the kit bags.
